From consultation to pick-up. Every piece is built around you, with unmatched detail, precision, and one-of-one design.
Consulatation
We sketch the concept and plan every detail, from tooth coverage to cuts, opals to VS stones. You approve the design direction before we ever touch the mold. No surprises.
Mold/ Impression
Once the design is finalised we take an impression. This step captures the exact shape of your teeth — the blueprint. A tight fit starts with a clean, accurate mold.
Casting/ Polishing
Once casted, we file and polish your grill to a mirror finish. If need be we hand-set each stone under magnification, using prong, channel, or honeycomb settings. From pavé work to diamond cuts, every detail is locked in with surgical care.
